Marketing Manager

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will have the opportunity to actively manage campaigns, analyze and improve existing strategies, and attract users through all stages of the marketing funnel. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing consumer growth and retention marketing strategies across all platforms.
  • Developing effective strategies and tactics for new user acquisition (prospecting) and audience development efforts, from planning/budgeting to implementation, optimization, and documented measurement of impact based on KPIs.
  • Hands-on management and optimization of paid marketing efforts to outperform monthly goals.
  • Profitably managing a monthly spend through ownership of key marketing channels such as Google Adwords, Facebook, ironSource, Vungle, Unity, and others.
  • Communicating plans, status, and challenges to other teams and management.
  • Finding and testing new traffic sources from start to finish.
  • Staying current on mobile user acquisition/growth trends, best practices, and competitor strategies.
  • Managing traffic procurement, implementing advertising, and A/B testing of creatives.
  • Running reports and analyzing UA marketing performance data.

The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS (or equivalent training) in Marketing, Economics, Computer science or related field. with 4+ years of marketing /acquisition marketing experience in mobile gaming. Strong analytical capabilities and ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while juggling multiple responsibilities. Strong expertise with user acquisition KPIs (CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS) and familiarity with mobile gaming creative competitive landscape and best practices. Experience in Facebook ads or Google ads is a big plus.
